Spanish Skillet
1 lb Lean Ground Beef 1-1/2 c Cooked Long Grain White Rice 15 oz Chunky Salsa-mild or medium 1 tsp Ground Cumin 1 tsp Chili Powder 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 c Black Beans 1/2 c Pinto Beans 1/2 c Corn 1 c Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, saute ground beef until browned. Stir in rice, seasonings, beans, and corn. Cook 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top and transfer to the oven. Bake 10-15 minutes until cheese is completely melted. Top with any desired toppings and serve. |
